The AngioJet System is patented by Medrad Interventional/Possis. AngioJet Thrombectomy is marketed for the removal of thrombus from coronary arteries and bypass grafts, dialysis access conduits, peripheral arteries and peripheral veins. It is available only for use by trained physicians in a clinical setting.
